    На приставке Xbox series S при проверку возможность удаленного управления стоят все галочки, приставка подключена через кабель, телефон, ПК и приставка в одной сети. Но и на телефоне и на компьютере одна и таже ошибка "Disconnected from cloud gaming session" при попытке подключиться. Удалять приложение и на телефоне и на ПК пробовал. Приставку перезагружал, роутер тоже.

    On the Xbox series S set-top box, when checking the possibility of remote control, all the checkboxes are ticked, the set-top box is connected via a cable, phone, PC and set-top box in the same network. But both the phone and the computer have the same "Disconnected from cloud gaming session" error when trying to connect. I tried to uninstall the application both on the phone and on the PC. I rebooted the game console, and the router too.

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with remote play. I understand that you're getting “Disconnected from cloud gaming session” error.

    To ensure that your router is not experiencing any issues or bugs that may cause some websites or ports to be inaccessible, please do a power cycle by turning off the device, pulling it out of the power outlet for 50 seconds before turning it back on.

    Once it boots up and regains internet access, please try to access remote play.

    I'm having the exact same issue.

    iOS Xbox app works fine with remote play.

    Brand new Windows 10 PC causes the error.
