    Hello,

    when using the xbox remote play im getting contant blakc screens that makes the gaemplay go totally black for a few seconds then comes back on. It happens very frequentely as well. Im getting this issue on my ios device iphone xs max. And my surface pro 6 no matter what the streaming settings are on. The device is an xbox one x wired through ethernet to my router. Not sure why this is happening, but also isnt happening on my lenovo yoga laptop from what i can tell.

    Yes. If I’m on my mobile network at work and try to remote play I get black screen.

    When I’m home on my wifi it works fine.

    But when I’m away or even at home and try to remote play on my mobile network I get the black screen. Was working fine before. Don’t know what happened

    Having same issue, none of the workaround steps are working for me either. Just constant black screens and freezing.

    I am:

    1. Powering on xbox with autosave enabled or disabled.

    2. Trying to play a game connected or not to xbox live.

    3. Getting nothing but a black screen.

    4. Pushing my middle button, then anything except "Turn off Console", freezes the console.

    Windows 11 won't connect to Xbox series x.

    That’s the thing neither will work on remote casting it’s just a black screen on the Xbox app and it won’t appear when I press windows + K for remote display so neither will work.
