    Recently my xbox was stolen. Is there a way to deactivate or lock the console from my pc if I have my console serial number? Or is it possible to track a console?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I'm sorry but there is no option to track or lock the console yet. It would be best to report it to your local law enforcement and make sure to secure your account by changing the password.

    almost pretty 100% sure that the controllers are not region locked as well as the headsets (wired or wireless) and things like the remote control etc, only the games (well most) are region locked.

    yeah they provide the ip when they log on to xbox live, but there is nothing that can be done to trace that xbox from an ip. they should give owners the same power as mobiles where then can lock the unit remotely when it reconnects.

    Even registering the device in your account there is no way to track or lock the controller remotely. You may be able to find the serial number on the product box.
