Xbox refuses to sync with any devices.

I was playing xbox series s with my series 2 controller when my wireless headset disconnected and controller as well. tried resyncing but light just flashes rapidly on console and controller and wont connect, same for headset, i have tried a hard reset as well as using a usb and even resetting my xbox to factory and am still having these problems. any ideas on what it may be. no it is not the batteries, i have used 5 different controllers in my attempt to pair to the console.

it works on everything but the xbox and yes it works when plugged in but after it does not

The thing with the USB that you said is the offline update, right?

If that's the case and the issue persists, it seems that something is failing with the component in charge of pairing the accessories. Due to the offline update reinstall the system from scratch

I can advise you to get your console inspected, you can open a repair order with Microsoft if your console is within warranty or not. Or if you prefer use a third party retailer / store

If the controller works via Bluetooth or USB to other devices, then it can only be a wireless controller card in the console that is faulty and will need to be sent off for repair.

Is the Wi-Fi working? I believe these are on the same circuit board.

If you try connecting the controller via cable, it works with the console?

And, in order to isolate a bit more the issue or determine a hardware issue.

If you pair your controller with a different device (phone, another console or PC) are you able to use the controller as expected or not?
