Xbox refuses to connect to wifi after numerous console resets, restarts unplugging powering off

have you restarted the router as well ? Even if it works with other devices.

Try a hard reset:

Hold the power button until the system shuts off.

Then unplug the power cable for 5min and plug it back in.

Restart the system.

Wont a hard reset delete my saves and profiles? When I am signed out, my xbox cant download a profile because does not connect with the wifi.

The connection you use is through Wifi or Wired? Have you tried using a different network to see if the problem continues?

Please perform a power cycle reset, follow these steps:

Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

Restart your Xbox console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox controller to open the Power Center. Select Restart console and then select Restart. (If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button  on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Try this:

• Unplug ethernet cable from the console. If you Xbox it's connected to Internet by Wifi, swicht off your router.
• Turn on the console, hopefully it will start normally.
• Factory reset.

Or this:

• When the console it's on, press the Xbox One power off button for 10 seconds.
• After that time, disconnect the console from the power and wait 5 min. With this operation, we make the internal memories completely lose the cache and other data.
• Turn on the console.

After trying everything from reinstalling apps, resetting the console, checking connections and restarting the device all were unsuccessful. I unplugged the device and left it unplugged for about 10 minutes and now after powering the Xbox back up everything
is working as intended.
