    Xbox Refunds and Exchanges


    Hi, due to a fault I returned my Xbox One Elite controller using the pre paid postage label provided for an exchange as agreed with Microsoft. This was several weeks ago and Ive heard nothing since not even confirmation of receipt. Online tracking states
    completed on 28 May 2020? Does anyone know who I should contact to follow up on this?

    The cogs turn slow at Microsoft!! Quick enough to take your money though!

    We will no doubt just have to sit outas there doesnt appear to be any easy method to contact them.

    Hi there...im in the same boat. Sent controller off at end of May, UPS says its been delivered but not a peep from Microsoft to see if its arrived. Im gonna wait for a little longer but think we cant be the only ones!!

    Hello if tracking through delivery company says its there just hand tight. Currently everything is backed up due to whats going on in the world. As it normally takes a month to fix and return it might take longer now. No real way of knowing how things
    are working over in repair at the moment.

    My Elite 2 controller was also delivered by UPS on the 28th May 2020 @ 9:15am, as was another guys who replied to my thread previously.

    It's now 16/06/2020 and I'm still waiting for the Microsoft website to update to suggest they've even recieved the item.

    I did call Microsoft after a couple of weeks and I was told not to worry, the person I spoke to could see it on there system but told me the user facing side of things can take a couple of days to update & not to worry about the 30 day limit it.

    Understandably things are delayed due to Corona but the Microsoft status website says UK Services "May be delayed"... my previous Elite 2 took less than a week to be repaired/replaced once they recieved it so I question Microsofts usage of "May Be Delayed"

    Yes mine is the same. I guess they just generlise items as Xbox accessories.
