    Hello I bought a game and refunded it the same day after playing for 30 mins and it said the refund was approved and the game was removed from my account but when I checked my Microsoft account order history the game said "Refund failed" I have waited for 2 days now and still dont have my money. How do I refund again and is there a way to get my money back?

    I was granted a refund last night for a in-app purchase but when I woke up now they took my money out of my acc.

    So EA granted you the refund, not Xbox? You did not sign in on the Xbox website and asked for a refund there? At https://xbox.com/refunds ?
