    They do however watch your refund requests

    If you are found to be abusing it you will either hit your limit or receive a marketplace suspension

    As mentioned above all Xbox Live Users are allowed one refund request per year!

    For you to do this I would suggest you go onto the Xbox Support Chat ASAP to get the refund, they are sometimes very fussy about the way people get refunds.

    I've only heard of people getting refunds for games/DLC which were completely broken upon release. I never knew of this "one refund per year" rule.
