I was recently directed to contact the refund centers side of Xbox support, where is that exactly?

If you're looking to get a refund, you would need to follow the instructions to request one. https://support.xbox.com/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders

If you requested a refund and were denied, you would need to try responding to the email you received denying the refund to contact the refund specialists.

Unfortunately you cannot use a 360 controller with an Xbox One. But I suggest you return to the store/retailer and speak with there customer service center. Many major retailers retain copies of receipts/cards and can issue refunds at times without.

I asked to Activison customer service about this problem. They told me to ask in the Xbox support center

I have the same issue. But the error code is 0x80070570. Please someone help. Why isn’t there a Xbox helpline or customer service center ?
