Just got an xbox 1 with the "choose your game" combo, but the code is not 25 digets, it is 16. I am very confused as I cant enter the code for the game.

Xbox 360 Forza Horizon 2 Redeem Code

Just purchase Xbox 360 with Horizon 2 download. I have put in the redemtion code and it only gave me a new option to download the add-on helmet and not the game. I downloaded that and now the code says it's redeemed. What has happened to the game?

You have to enter the 16 digit code on the Name Your Game website (https://microsoft.promo.eprize.com/nameyourgame/). You will choose the game you want there and they will send you a 25 digit

I understand Microsoft cannot transfer between accounts,so why can't they issue me redemtion codes for my remaining gold subscription and 2000 points which i can use in a new account.Simple solution for a ongoing problem they cannot fix.
