Xbox redeem problem...

Discus and support Xbox redeem problem... in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i collected the xbox perks but when i want to redeem them it shows they are already redeemed.     i collected the xbox perks but when i want to redeem them it shows they are already redeemed. If i go in the game i got no loot.... what should i do ?

    What a problem with a code? It was redeem it? Did you trying redeem it on web or Xbox app?

    I had the same problem, the solution is to go to the microsoft official website and redeem the code there, the problem is from the xbox one in the option of "Redeem code 2".

    here is a screenshoot of the Xbox app on pc. I still can't redeem anything from " MY CODES ". I have claimed all of those " Perks " yesterday.
