Xbox redeem issue

I redeemed 5,000 microsoft credits for 250 Myvip gems and the 5,000 credits won't show up even though it said I redeemed it. Is thier anyway I can have xbox specialist to give me the 5,000 credits and convert the credits into 5 dollar for my microsoft account?

How do you access your free copy of Madden in the bundle?

Purchased the Xbox One Madden bundle. Great value...assuming I can find Madden. Redeemed the code. The Xbox gave me a message that I redeemed the Xbox One bundle. There is no place to download the game for free. Didn't automatically queue up. Still asks me to pay for it when I go to the game in the store. Anyone else have this issue?

 

Nba 2k16 jordan edition missing dlc?

I got the Jordan edition yesterday at midnight at gamestop and redeemed the code on my xbox but have yet to receive the DLC. Is anybody else experiencing this issue?

The credits should show as pending on the Rewards site about 96 hours after you redeemed them. If you just recently redeemed them, they would be scheduled to deposit in June.

They will be. Once they are deposited they are added as currency into your Microsoft account balance.

 

Well I hear people they say they have 10,000 credits but you say once they have 5,000 credits it automatically turns into dollars so me I guess when it finally get moved into my account I will have to confirm the transfer to dollar in my microsoft account?
Or I can save them up

 

They would have more than 5,000 pending due to different offers they took part in or they redeemed more gems for more credits. Since credits are automatically scheduled for deposit after having 5,000 pending, there's really no way to save them up.

 

so I have 1 day left until my credits are suppost to be pending you guys said if it's the first half of the month it be deposited on the 30th if it's the second half of the month it will be deposited on the 15th next month and it said if I have at least
1,000 credits pending I can request the nearest date so does that mean I can request a deposit on the 15th since I have 5,000 credits pending even though I'm in the first half of the month if so how can I request a deposit on the 15th of this month.

 

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's so you can have credits deposited before needing 5,000 first. Since you have 5,000, they are already scheduled to be deposited.

well since it's already scheduled to be deposited is it going to be the 15th or 30th or what and it's not even showing pending yet and its been about 96 hours

 

If you redeemed it on the first, they would be scheduled for the end of the month.

 

I redeemed it like may 29 so wouldn't it be June 15
