    Not particularly, no.

    If a game has a recording feature, I'll record and save my clips, but I don't particularly care to share them around. I don't like Youtubers and I certainly don't want to be one.

    Never seen it happen before, since you do not own the games on Steam. :/ That's odd.

    You could host it on YouTube and send me the link, there's not possible to share recordings here. :/

    Have Game DVR record more then 5 minutes of gameplay,maybe 15 or 20 minutes. Also in game chat!

    Get a PVR. Lots of people have it. I got one at the start of last year. It's great cause it comes with software so you can upload your HD recordings to Youtube etc. I have a Hauppauge HD PVR2 and I can make my recordings as long as I want, but usually the
    recordings I make are only like up to an hour long at most, usually 15 minutes. And, my Hauppauge records Xbox Live Party chat, and game chat, and my commentary, on both my Xbox 360 and Xbox 1. I love it and using a capture device is how thousands of people
    share their Xbox stuff on Youtube. My Hauppauge HD PVR2 cost me around NZ$200 brand new. I know I've seen several DVR clips from Xbox 1 and.... no chat? and time limit. Both kids and adults have use a capture device to share on Youtube.

    the file sharing is down right now. to answer your question the vids on youtube you see have been recorded with a 3rd party device. unless you have a recording device you cant sorry.
