    Xbox reading " We're having trouble getting your stuff right now." What causes this?


    Xbox reading " We're having trouble getting your stuff right now." For the last several days, I am unable to access my games, gamepass, or any of my apps. The internet connection is not the issue, I've reset the console several different ways. I can play games that are actively downloaded on my hard drive now but that's only a fraction of my library. I'm really not sure what else to try I'm really on my last nerve with this new generation of Xbox...

    Edit: I just now realized that it's only on the dashboard that it isn't showing. I can go into the store search the games and install them that way ... So I'm now assuming it may be a glitch on the home dashboard

    hi. i am mel and i am an independent advisor. It could be just a glitch on your dashboard, you could leave it for another couple of days to see if it fixes itself. if it doesnt then In this case, you might need to reset your console but keep your games and apps. This will delete any corrupted data in your console's OS. Ensure that you know your Microsoft account and password before doing so and your console is connected to the internet.

    Press Xbox button> Go to System> Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console> Keep Games and Apps

    Once it restarts > Sign In > Choose your last settings

    Then try it again.

    As I said in my post this has already been done multiple times, I am quite competent with computer systems, but alas I cannot figure out why it's only a dashboard issue
