    Xbox randomly pushes A regardless of controller


    My fiancee and I bought brand new xbox one x's and hers started having an issue where it would repeatedly press A no matter what she was doing. I switched controllers and her controller works fine on my xbox, and our old xbox. Used 3 different controllers
    on her xbox, all with the same result. How can I fix it?

    I have tried every Avenue for xbox support, they have no email listed, no phone number listed, and their automated responses have nothing about the issue I am dealing with. And we bought them through Walmart brand new, they don't have anyone who can help.

    try configuring the controller in settings. i.e. you can turn on/off a controller, link controller with account. suggest go there

    Did you turn it off by pushing the button or using the controller. I think the only way it downloads while off is if you put it into rest mode by using Kinect. Regardless, if I have something to download I just keep it on.

    Horrible Controller.

    Guys let me just be clear the problem is with the D-PAD and not the ABXY buttons.

    The d-pad sticks randomly in one direction and I have to go crazy on it to calibrate it lol.

    Also the d-pad is very retarded sometimes and moves in a direction different to what I pushed.
