Xbox randomly disconnects from WIFI for roughly 10 seconds at a time.

I am hard wired to the router I have spoken to my internet providers and there is no issue on their end. My Xbox will run games for a couple minutes and sometimes a couple hours, but at some point throughout the day it will disconnect and completely kick me out of parties AND online games.
I have tried everything. I've tried a different WIFI connection, Mac address reset, changing power settings, hard resets and even fully reset the Xbox back to factory settings. I've changed ethernet cables and even tried WIFI connection. Nothing is working.
Just about 10 minutes ago I went into my internet settings and manually opened all the ports I was earlier recommended to use. After resetting Xbox and router AGAIN, just 5 minutes ago I was kicked out of a party as well as kicked out of a NBA 2k24 rec game. It's been about 3 weeks of this happening and I can't find a solution anywhere.
My warranty ended a few years ago and buying a new Xbox entirely just makes me not want to play it anymore. Can anyone please help me.

Have you tried to use the DMZ on your router?

To give you the correct steps, I would need to know your router model and search for it, but, I can also give you some directions.

Setting the DMZ:

A) On your Router

1. Make sure to use the ethernet cable connection, it is more reliable than the Wi-Fi one. (If possible)

2. You then, have to assign a static (fixed) IP for your Xbox console on your router, which will enable you to do the next steps

3. Turn on DMZ under the IP you selected for your Xbox Console.

4. Turn on UPnP on your router

By doing that, you'll pretty much have an open and direct connection to the game servers.

B) On the Xbox Console

Configure the network settings accordingly.

Enter the Settings menu.

Under the General tab, select Network Settings then Advanced Settings.

Take note of the information displayed

Select IP Settings > Manual.

Enter the same IP you configured on your router DMZ.

So i just bought a new xbox one s and when ever im playing a game or try and join a party i keep getting randomly disconnected from wifi. Also when i tryed to check my detailed network statistics it doesnt show my upload or my download speed

Try power restarting your xbox by hold down the xbox button of 10 seconds and wait 1 minute and and turn it on and if it doesn't work reply back

Did that at least 10 times already

Thanks for reaching out to us! There could be a number of factors contributing to your console becoming disconnected from your wifi network: distance, interference, etc. I would recommend using our

Random Disconnection from Xbox Live solution to troubleshoot when you get the chance and also try a wired Ethernet connection to see if it possibly an issue with your ISP or network hardware.
