Xbox Random Shutdown

I'm having the same problem. If they don't fix it, I'm just removing the whole app off my computer.

In effect i think it's normal the controller blinks some times after a full shutdown but in my case when the described issue occurs the controller continues to blink during about 2 or 3 minutes after shutdown and i do not think it's normal.

But the main trouble is the random reboot or random full shutdown when i put xbox in sleep mode. This should not happen because the instant start-up is selected in the settings...

Mine is doing the same. Did you ever find a solution? I've opened a service case ...

To start off, here's a few questions/suggestions for you:

1. Is your console in a well ventilated area? How much room on each side of your console do you have?
   
2. What are you doing when you experience these shutdown issues?
3. Do you have someone (perhaps a friend/family member) with an Xbox One console that wouldn't mind letting you try their power supply unit with your console to see if that yields better results?
   
4. Are you plugging your console into a power strip or surge protector? If so, try it directly into the outlet to see if that works better.

Hello TommasoAufieri, when you said you redefined the console, did you choose the reset that keeps the games and Apps or deletes everything?

You also mentioned that his fan gets too high in certain situations, the console is in a well ventilated place, and if you have the One X for a long time from it it could be dirty inside, over time the accumulation of dust can hinder the performance of the console.
