Xbox quests

I completed two quests, one xbix gold quest back in july, and xbox game pass quest back in august, i still received nothing from Microsoft? I even contacted support via web chat and their clueless. Anyway of sorting this out?

Xbox Quests

When Xbox Quests were first launched, I was told they were two entities?

Game pass Quests and Xbox Live quests

In November 2018, are they still two different sets of quests or are they merged now?

Since the beginning of October, I havent been able to find the quest trackers on Xbox One, is there a bug that doesnt allow users to track them? And where can I track active quests?

Lastly, are the november quests active yet?

Sorry for the issue with Xbox quests. Have you received anything in your Xbox live messages over past two months, like codes for content or have got currency put on your account? The message center is where you receive the rewards. You can check the
FAQ for Xbox quests. You can also view the reward support form
if you haven't received anything.

Hi. No havent received anything in my messages, i know i completed the quests, but got nothing. I was told by support it would be resolved but nothing came of it. Its just pretty poor going also i was put on to contact reward support and they told me it
had nothing to do with the quests

Hi there. It doesnt really help. There doesnt seem to be any support on the quests whatsoever. At the moment theres currently a xbox game pass punch card promotion on the rewards app on the console at the moment, earn 5000 points, i completed those and
still only the first one is ticked but the others are not, and i completed some of them a week ago. Do any of these quests work?

 

For the Game Pass punch card, you have to play some specific titles to earn the punches. Are you sure that you played the games mentioned? If so. More than likely there's a delay in the servers processing the punches. If need be. You have to reach out
to the
Microsoft Rewards Supportabout the issue.

 

Hi. Yes i am aware its certain games you have to play and get an achievement from them for each quest. But yeah i done them all. But i will contact the rewards support as its on their rewards app. But i would like to resolvethe previous quests. I know
the game pass quest in august was playing the master chief collection game, and the other in july was a xbox gold quest
