    I've completed all 3 quests last month but I didn't receive any prize I checked xbox message center and everything,What I'm I doing wrong here?

    February quest

    I have completed the February xbox live quest back in February, which should give me a mystery prize. and xbox support said I would recieve this at the end of February. I didnt, so I asked xbox support again and they said I will receive it on the 31st of
    March. It's April 2nd... still nothing. When will i be receiving my mystery prize?!

    What are the requirements to get the mystery prize. Do I have to complete all three quests to get a mystery prize or will I get a mystery prize if Inonly complete one or two of the quests?

    Prizes from that offer are sent out within the month after the quest ends. If you don't receive the prizes by the end of November, you'll want to post in the sales and promotions forum for assistance.
