Xbox Quests not acknowledging my progress

Hi,

A chat support employee told me to post this here. I am having trouble completing the quests for May. I've done every challenge, but when I check my progress on xbox.com, it says I've only downloaded one of the four Games with Gold, despite the fact that
I have downloaded them all. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it still claims I only have 1 of the required 2 downloads. This is the only thing stopping me from getting the reward, so any help would be appreciated.

Not eligible for Xbox quests

I tried to check my progress for the Xbox quest, and it said not eligible for xbox quest. Don't understand why and would like to participate in the quest. Thanks you
