Discus and support XboX Quests Broken in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; Help the Xbox Quests program is broke, I fulfilled all requirements for the quest.     XboX Quests Broken


    Help the Xbox Quests program is broke, I fulfilled all requirements for the quest. The download 2 games with gold portion of the quest never updated and got stuck at 50% I've attempted to contact Microsoft via live chat and they sent me here to post my trouble
    on this page for some reason.

    As a side note:

    I have researched this prior to posting here and I still posted this in the wrong spot, Wouldn't it be easier for Microsoft to answer the question even if they are pointing people to the right forum? Just Saying...

    Broken quests - When will they be fixed?

    Is broken quest is the same thing as failed quest?

    Broken Quests

    I downloaded 2 Games of Games with Gold in order to complete the last step of the quest, yet it doesn't show up. I contacted support and they told me to come here.

    That's funny, They are so quick to tell someone they have posted in the wrong forum but still haven't replied at all to the actual question...

    I have the same exact problem and I was also directed here by support. Kind of lame they sent us to a forum instead of actually helping.

    I'm not sure of the reference of what exactly is "broken"? Why is it I'm so unlucky that in over 70+ Quest Completed I've only had one (it was a Misc Quest that reset after a few days In-Game) that was "broken"?
