    Xbox Quest


    I was told by Xbox representative Cheryl B that I needed to post my issue on this site. I had received the same Xbox quest reward again this month making it three months in a row. I complained about it last month after receiving it for the second time and
    the Xbox representative told me it was random how they awarded the rewards. This is not random and I want something different. What am I going to do with three digital copies of the same exact game???I have been a loyal Xbox customer since December 2001. I
    feel cheated and wronged by receiving the same game as a reward each month and then having to post my issue here. I don't even know why I had to post my issue here. Please make this right.

    How do Xbox gold quests work?

    The quests that i know of are the Xbox game pass quests, the Xbox Live gold quests, they work a bit like the game pass quests, and then there are the Microsoft rewards quests, which are pretty similar to how the xbox live rewards quests worked. You purchase
    certain games or films, and then you get so many points on your account for doing it.

    Xbox Quest FAQ    . As it mentions, we're tracking quests appropriately but there currently isn't a method for you to check your progress. Thanks a ton for your patience and understanding.

    Hey ! To clarify, are you referring to the GamePass Quests or the Xbox Quests? If Xbox Quests, did you download 2 Games with Gold titles in November? Post back and let us know!
    I did download the 2 games and I was referring to the November Xbox quest. Thanks for your help.
