Xbox Quest Says Incomplete (Not Correct)

I'm having an issue with Xbox Live Gold Quests for a chance to win a Gold plated Xbox One X (Project Scorpio). I completed the July 3 - July 16 round of challenges on Xbox Quests. It asked me to play 3 hours of multi-player for 3 consecutive days from
July 3 to July 9. That quest is marked complete, although that did take 3 or 4 days to mark as complete. Then the other quest was to join 1 club between the 10th and the 16th. I joined up to 4 clubs to make sure that the quest took. However, Xbox Quests
page insists that I didn't complete this task. See picture (below). Can someone help me reach the right people to claim my prize / get an entry?

Xbox Quest Promotion Eligibility

When I go to this site:

Xbox Quests | Xbox

and click on Check Your Quests Progress Here it says Ineligible on the following page. I have Xbox Live Gold... so I am not sure why I would be Ineligible, I was wondering if this is correct or if the website is just showing me incorrect info?

 

The House of Horrors (Daedric Quest )

The location of things like that is random but will be selected when you get the quest so you should not visit all the locations. You should have been directed to the correct one by the quest giver and it should show up on the map with a quest marker as
OldPepsiMan says.

 

You may want to try a power cycle by pressing the power button for 10 seconds and then unplugging the power cord for 10 seconds. Once that is done you can start it back up.

 

Thanks for the reply Wolfie. I was doing this through Windows 10 PC. I don't know how to check my status on Xbox One. But I'm sure this should basically be the same. I think the issue is on Microsoft's side. Although it says so, I don't think it has
me as completing the 3 hours of multiplayer 3 days in a row. They have to investigate whether or not I have completed the three hours.
