Xbox Quest Rewards missing.

Discus and support Xbox Quest Rewards missing. in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I have not be receiving the xbox quest rewards.     Xbox Quest Rewards missing.


    I have not be receiving the xbox quest rewards. I got Decembers then never got jans but got febs.. but didnt get febs till april.. iv still not gotten marches reward and who knows if i'll get aprils in may.

    Missing Xbox quest rewards for January and February

    hello support I haven’t received my rewards for January and February Xbox live quest plus I am also missing the most recent mixpot rewards thank you for your time

    Hey Roy Takashi! unfortunately January's quest has expired and we are no longer able assist with it. March's rewards were entries to a sweepstakes so you may not have received notice of them. April's rewards will be sent out over the course of May so it
    make take some more time to receive. Thanks!

    Hi there Mister Cizl! I have not received an Xbox Quest reward from any month. I'm pretty sure it was January and February. I think I missed Decembers Quest by just not adding a few more friends. :/

    if you do the quests but don't receive the reward points go to https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/ scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link to Contact Microsoft
    Rewards Support.

    that will open a support ticket where you can give details of the quests you have completed and the amount of points missing

    Phone support suggest to direct message a member of the forum and give him a "reference" number to check it out. So far, no response.

    No one in the forums will have that information. You should contact support again to try to get your issue resolved. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us
    The problem is, phone/chat support do not handle promotions. Only support in this forum handles them but they have not been posting.
