    Xbox Quest not recognizing download of free games with gold


    Hello! I have a quick question about the Xbox Quest for the month of May. I have logged into Xbox account for 10 days, played fortnite for 30 mins on 5 days, and downloaded all 3 free games with gold that are available. When I check my quest progress online
    it say I have 100% completed logging in and playing fortnite, but when it gets to downloading games with live, it's stuck at 0%. Just wondering if you guys have any idea why it wouldn't recognize that they were downloaded and installed. Thanks.

    Games with gold is trying to charge me.

    I've attempted to download Max and the curse of the brotherhood from live but it keeps attempting to charge me the full price even though it's supposed to be free right now with games with gold.

    I've signed out and even attempted to grab it from the laptop, but somehow it's not recognizing my gold subscription. Any ideas?

    Hey ! To clarify, are you referring to the GamePass Quests or the Xbox Quests? If Xbox Quests, did you download 2 Games with Gold titles in November? Post back and let us know!
    I did download the 2 games and I was referring to the November Xbox quest. Thanks for your help.
