    Xbox Quest: not receiving credit


    During the month of May one of the Xbox Quest objectives was to Download and install two games from Games for Gold. I downloaded two on the same day which was 28th of May. The promotions website is only showing credit for one of two. This is incorrect and
    I would like to know what to do to ensure I recieve my May Xbox Quest reward.

    October XBOX Quests not credited

    I completed all requirements for the October Xbox quests and have yet to receive any kind of credit or reward. I have not received any contact from Microsoft regarding completion of the quest is well. How do I go about receiving the credit that I should
    have earned?

    Contact will turn around and say to post in this forum. A number of people have been posting trying to contact someone about missing quest rewards.

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    For help with quests, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions forum.
    Just was hoping to be able to get live or have credit on my account and the quest no one seams to be replying on

    There are no rewards offer to receive credits for game pass. If you're referring to the offers on the dashboard for completing quests, prizes from quests are given within the following month. If you don't receive them by the end of November, you'll want
