Xbox Quest missing rewards, again

Discus and support Xbox Quest missing rewards, again in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I participated in the April Xbox Quest and still have not received my reward for it.     Xbox Quest missing rewards, again


    I participated in the April Xbox Quest and still have not received my reward for it. This keeps happening, is there some kind of bug that this keeps happening? This is the fourth time I've had to post in the forums about it. Any help would be appreciated!

    Missing Xbox quest rewards for January and February

    hello support I haven’t received my rewards for January and February Xbox live quest plus I am also missing the most recent mixpot rewards thank you for your time

    Hello, me again. I haven't received my March Xbox Quest reward or Game Pass Quest reward for March.

    I think it might just be laziness in hopes they don't have to pay out for participants , I've posted in here for every moth since September's rewards, and only skipped March since there was no reward for that one

    Have the Xbox Quests just gone by the wayside? I have usually gotten a response much sooner then this and I'm beginning to wonder if I'm ever going to get one.....

    did you contact MS Rewards Support using the link at the bottom of the MS Rewards page?

    I've had this happen a few times but it has fixed itself (or Rewards Support have fixed it in the background).

    one thing I've noticed is that when it doesn't mark the daily quests as complete, the link to sneak peak at Tomorrow's Quests is missing from the page. if that link is missing from the page I restart the browser and try again a few minutes later and it usually
    works.

    but if it doesn't work, make sure you get screen shots of the Rewards page showing your Daily Streak and get screen shots of the completed Quests. MS Rewards Support will send you a link to upload the screen shots when they reply to you.

    Xbox game pass quests not unlocking again

    I just filed a report on the insider hub. It's not counting game pass games played. Prevents finishing the daily, weekly and monthly quests. Guess I'll be missing the big monthly reward points..... Again.
