Xbox Quest Issues

I have spoken with agents from both Microsoft Rewards Customer Support as well as Xbox/Microsoft support, but unfortunately they were unable to assist me and directed me to the forums.

I have completed all 3 Xbox Quests for May, which are:

1. Log into your Xbox Live Account on ten (10) separate days;
2. Play Fortnite Battle Royale for at least thirty (30) minutes on five (5) different days; and
3. Download two (2) of the four (4) free May Games with Gold (“Live Gold Quests”).

The problem is that when I check the progress, it only shows number 3 as being at "50%" completion (which would be 1 game). However, I have downloaded all 4 Games with Gold games for the month of May.

The support agent who helped me attempted to "refresh" something on my account, but it didn't work and they said this:

"Here on xbox chat support, we don't have the fully access to check the account's xbox quest. We have options to update the account here so that the connection will be properly refreshed on xbox servers. Since after the update and the quest is not yet updated,
the next thing that we can do to is to go on the xbox forums so that the moderators/developers will be able to check your account's xbox quest on their end."

same issue here for me as well. Live chat and support was no help. Downloaded 3 of 4 games because I own MGS5 already.

Everyone has this issue it seems. If you do not get your Fortnite bonus, then they did not give you a contest entry. Which case sue for rigging their contests.

Ah, yet another thing the support rep got wrong. He assured me that the URL he gave me was exactly where I needed to go. Can you help direct me to the proper forum? I am not familiar with how to get there.

When you create your post, you should choose that forum in the drop down menu for which forum you want to post in.

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues only. Since this "Quest" is not on our MyMissions page, it is not a Xbox Live Rewards offer. It sounds like the CS Rep may have been looking at your Microsoft Rewards account. Since online representatives can only
view Microsoft Rewards information, if you say you are looking for a Rewards issue, they will assume it is for that program. If you are asking about a general Xbox promotion, you should try reaching out on the general Sales and Promotions forum for more specific
assistance.
