Xbox Quest issue.

I was rewarded yesterday for completing December's quest but for some reason I was never rewarded for completing October's or November's. I remember going out of my way to make sure I completed them because I'm all about promotions like this where you get
rewarded for doing certain things. I'm wondering if maybe there was a bug with the first 2 months where players weren't being rewarded because like I mentioned above I was just rewarded yesterday for completing December's. The last Xbox Live message I got
before that was on November 7th for a $5 gift card for the holidays. I thought maybe that was the reward for November's quest but after seeing the message for December's quest it actually mentions that it's the reward for the quest where as the message for
the gift card just basically said Happy Holidays. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Xbox quests issue

I completed 2 out of 3 of my may quests the last one I can't complete is download 2 gold games I downloaded the baseball one and the metal solid 5 one and my progression still says 0% but the other ones say 100% I went through all the trouble shoots with
the agent too nothing helped. I already contacted xbox support team and they said create a post you guys are able to help me more.
