    Xbox Quality/Microsoft Failure


    This company does not care. They will produce a product that quits working in a year and take your money. Called 5 times and was hung up on each. Chatted for 2.5 hours and excuses were given not reasons. No accountability. culpability
    is this company's mission statement.

    Is it worth pre ordering the Xbox One right now or is it better to wait 6 months incase of any problems with the new console?

    I think the Xbox One will have the least amount of hardware failures of any console. Microsoft seem to be focussing on quality hardware a lot these days. The only reason I'd wait is for better editions/cheaper console.

    Yeah i think the quality features and the games that the Xbox 360 has produced has outweighed any problems they had at the start.

    HDMI failure is common on Xbox One X. This is probably your issue right now.

    Microsoft has absolutely no quality control

    I have not ever had problems with quality control with xbox but i do know when you sell/ make as many as they do you will have a failure rate

    Tv screen turns black for 2 seconds every couple of minutes

    Also a side note, this is why most companies have a thing called quality control...im sure if quality control would of been there they would of caught such things as noisy power bricks, malfunctioned disc drives and loss of video/gpu failures. Or maybe
    they did and just decided to send them all out anyways like the 360's RROD and PROD failures. Maybe its time we start holding these multibillion dollar companies to a higher standard of quality control.
