Hi I'm wondering if anyone would know the solution to my problem..

i bought some some prepaid microsoft cards so I can download NHL 15 but I keep getting

my billing is correct and I don't use cards. ( never had a problem)

Probably a stupid question

If you are purchasing Xbox 360 games on the Xbox One you have to use a credit card or Paypal. You cannot use a pre-existing balance on your Microsoft account. If you want to use that balance, then you need to purchase it on the Xbox 360 first.

 

Are you trying to purchase on the website or the console? Currency cannot be used from the website unless you are using the latest version of Windows.

Best bet here would be to use the console to purchase the game and make sure you have Currency selected as the payment option. If you continue to get the error make sure you have enough Currency to cover the cost plus taxes.
