    Hello,

    I cant buy the Sir Lora DLC for divinity original sin 2.

    When I try and buy it, it gives an error "something happened on our end"

    Ive been trying to buy the dlc for 4 days now. Going through the microsoft store website also gives an error.

    Please help

    Thanks for keeping us updated. If you are still not able to make the purchase when trying out different devices, then you may want to try contacting a live agent. They can go over your account and transactions to hopefully provide more insight on the matter.

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums! I will be happy to assist you today with the issue. Just to clarify, have you tried a different device to make the purchase? As in, have you tried not only through the console and the website but, have you tried
    on a mobile device or a different laptop or even a totally different wi-Fi network to see if that would help? If not I would first try connecting to a different network and if that doesn't work try gifting it to your account from a different account.

    I am having the same problem. I have tried on my xbox and on the website. I have called xbox live and they could not do it over the phone. currently on phone with supervisor. so far its been a 35 min phone call
