Xbox Punchcard Rewards

I was sent here by 1800,4-my-xbox and the xbox chat. I have not received 15k credits despite the preorders of games. I preordered final fantasy XV, Xenoverse 2, and Resident evil 7. All eligible games and all preordered, but no rewards. Anyone actually help
or I'm just typing wasting my time?

Missing reward points

If the Reward is Microsoft Points, they will appear under Pending on your MyRewards page by the 15th of the following month. If the Reward is anything other than Microsoft Points, an email will be sent to your contact email listed here with instructions
to redeem your Reward. The Rewards for completion of a Punchcard will vary with each Punchcard offer. Rewards will not be provided during the Punchcard offer period.

Destiny 2 punch card issue

If you're talking about the Microsoft Rewards punchcard, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page for assistance. If you preordered the game it would not be eligible.

If you're talking about the Xbox Rewards punchcard, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum for assistance. The game would only count if you preordered on or after July 1.

Only purchases made during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since only your pre-order of Resident Evil 7 was made during the offer period of the previous Games on Demand, which started in October, you did not complete the offer, and were therefore
not awarded Credits.

All i can say is sit tight for and see what happens around the middle of the month.

Check the dates on the punchcard. If you pre-ordered before the punchcard became available, it would not be eligible. If you pre-ordered after, you'll want to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the rewards site.

The punchcards at their slowest unlock two or three days later so the resident evil 3 punchcard should have rewarded you by now. Let us know if the rewards request form worked and hopefully you submit it today.
