Xbox prompting me to change language to purchase FIFA points

hi there,

i have my region set to HK, i have HK$300 redeemed in my account but i can't seem to spend it as every time i do, my xbox prompts me to change my language to chinese. sadly i cannot read or understand chinese so I'm in a but of a pickle here. anyone have
similar problems? i tried to change the language setting and enter my Microsoft account information but i was asked again to enter more information, but i don't know what they want. does anyone know?

I have some problems in changing the language of Games
1. I can not change the GTA to English
2. I can not change the language of FIFA 17 to Arab
3. There are no Arabic language in the Xbox 1
4. How do I buy games there is the Arabic Language

When you try to purchase something on your Xbox you'll receive a prompt telling you that the remaining points in your account are going to change to currency. You don't have to actually complete the purchase for this to happen.

Ng, you are obvouosly not paying attention. When they change the region, the FIFA hackers are CHANGING THE LANGUAGE. That's what cops like to call A CLUE.

I have a friend who purchased the game in Brazil, by default the language was Spanish when they played(their xbox language was set to English), in order for them to change it to Portuguese (the other language on the disk), they have to change the Language
for their Xbox to Portuguese.

Now in your case, if your default language is English on your xbox and you're still getting the game in Spanish, then maybe Spanish is the only language that's on the game disk. There's no option in the game for changing the language.

I haven't played any of the FIFA games so I'm not sure exactly how those work with languages. The digital versions work the same way as the discs though. So unless EA just decides to make a change with the languages, they should work about the same as they
did for FIFA 14.
