There is nothing we can do at the forum to help your out. I would recommend downloading the Xbox app. to your phone, that way you can always access your account and use codes wherever you may be.

Hi, yeah I bought a Microsoft gift card from the Microsoft store and redeemed it straight away. I saw there's some good deals on Xbox gift cards through amazon, and was wondering what if I bought them and redeemed them as soon as they arrive.

Can they expire after being redeemed?

Should cover you. One thing I'm not certain with is if "gift cards" can be used to pre-order physical goods. Might want to check with Microsoft Store support on that?

I redeemed points for an Xbox digital gift card. My code came, and it worked fine. I waited to spend it until now, but the currency is gone. Does the currency that comes from redeemed points expire?
