Xbox Promo 3 months for 12$ ending in the night bug subcription biling bug

Hello! I have tried the Canadian phone number for my xbox but the voice refer to xbox.com/help and I am unable to talk with a person.

That kind of support is disabled. So when I went on xbox.com on sign for gold xbox live it was displayed the promo 3 months for 12,99$ ending within 4 hours. We are at 2:00 am.

When I have logged in and verified my identity with the verification by call the price automatically changed from 12$ to 29,99 for 3 months. I couldn`t get my special at time!

Now I have tried to subscribe for 1 month to see if that promo were only for members but nothing! So I cancelled my subcription and asked for a refund.

That`s not fair! I wanted to buy 3 months promotion but there is a system biling problem. I will not be able to get what I wanted to pay.

I will never buy another xbox live subscription!

That promotion is for new subscribers. The ad is sent to all Xbox and doesn't know whether you are entitled to the promotion. When you click on the promotion that you see you are then taken to your account in the store it sees that you are not eligible for
the promotion and you then see the pricing that is available to your account. Just because you see promotion on your home page doesn't mean that you are eligible. Everyone in your region sees it, the ad block has no way of knowing that you are not eligible.

Just an FYI, saying you do not adhere to forum rules in response to a request to be respectful isn't the most intelligent or effective way to get someone to continue helping you. Microsoft decided (in order to make the process of getting support easier for
the customer, you) to offer to call you back at whatever number you provide so that you don't have to call and sit on hold for an agent unnecessarily. They call you back which happens faster than you calling and waiting. So now you can do something else instead
of just sitting there and waiting. So please, if you want to speak with someone, feel free to request a call back and remember to be polite and respectful, they are trying to assist you afterall...

You can use the chat support to solve this issue just go through the virtual agent and a live chat agent will be in contact with you.
