Invites are not given from the forums here but are sent by people on your friends list who are currently in the program. I would also like to mention that due to the extreme number of people wanting in to the program since E3 they have put a temporary hold
on admission. Although a friend can send you an invite it does not guarantee that you'll get access anytime soon

Being invited is not a guarantee you will be accepted into the program. Also, the program is almost at capacity so they are barely letting in anyone new.

 

I was told by an Xbox employee to put this post up

 

Phone support does that because they dont have accesss to oreview information

Right now according to the preview forums

It is highly unlikely you would be able to get in as they are closing enrollment. And invitation is only the first stage

 

They arent accepting as many as before and are being selective

Due to the enormous waiting list for each of the three waves you are better off waiting for the actual update

Currently there is only a few games on the bc list and you cant expect much till the offical release

 

Thank you ngocphi. You understand what I was doing. These others thought I was just blindly putting up a request. I was only putting it up because xbox customer service told me to.

And dispite what phone support said there is an actual temporary hold on all invites and ac

Getting in now will only take a long time before you will be acceoted if you can gwt in before the program is full

( most likely will fill before you get to acceptance

Just when I thought xbox support could not get any worse this happens. So the service tech sends me the link to this site because "a xbox service moderator will see this and instantly send me an invite ." Then I find out this is not the correct site and
then a xbox moderator basically tells me to bad so sad. Complete BS xbox. I get it that the requests have flying in. I get that I am not special and do not deserve special treatment., but for the customer service rep to basically lie his *** off is completely
ridiculous.

You dont seem to understand

Xbox phone support has nothing ro do with the beta they will tell you to goto forums doesnt garentee you will get in there is different sections of the forums

Only xbox forum support has any control over the beta

Moderators dont give invites only your friends does and considéring the enormous waiting list it is highly unlikely you will be able to get in or chances are slim

Thats why there is an invite thread for people to add you to invite but there is very little point now that invites are done in waves and are slowed down

Preview program manager already said it herself it will be a long while if you arenr currently enrolled

 

Forums is rhe only area where you can grt an invite if you dont have a friend in the program however ithas to be posted in the correct section
