    Does anyone know how i talk to someone at Microsoft i have tried all the numbers including USA it just cuts me off saying request a call back which the web site does not give an option to do . The reason is when updating the last modern warfare update
    it totally screwed my Xbox one so i had to reset my console. When i signed back in my gamer tag and profile had gone when i took advice and made a new account thinking i could recover my gamer tag all it does is create a new one which i dont want and my old
    profile has all my Xbox live subscription tied to it.

    You probably logged in with your account on a windows 10 machine and played candy crush in windows.

    that's why it shows up on your profile.
