Xbox Profile year badge not showing at all

Hello, my Xbox profile year badge has never shown up since I left my 360 and got my Xbox one. I've looked everywhere for an answer and no one seems to have the right answer for me. I'm hoping here I'll find one thank you.

It only shows if you have a Gold Subscription.

all my badges are gone from March of 2013 and all of this year the only badges that are showing are April 2013. I want all my badges back that I earned from this year and last year

There isn't a badge for being on Xbox for 12 years and no you are not eligible for any badge. Apologies if you were mistakenly heard from someone you are eligible for a badge on your profile.

Your badges will only show on the Rewards site. They are not added to your profile. You should see a link in the upper righthand corner of the screen for "MyDashboard". You would see your badges there.

Simple OJ

If you're talking about the ambassador badge, you need to hit bronze rank first and go to your profile and you'll see an option if you want to show your ambassador badge on your xbox profile or not.
