Xbox profile time rings

so I been with Microsoft for 17 years now and always have been an Xbox fam since the original Xbox, I still hot my hotmail email too witch I still use I havent changed my account or my gamertag ever, my problem is my profile keeps showing 2 year on the rings.
I talk to Microsoft and the guy even said it himself the oldest account he has ever seen. You so got to understad my frustration that my rings havent changed from 2 and all my GOLD live purchase have been longer than 2 years all together can anyone please
help me. I got lots of proof too that my account has had live for longer than 2 its been saying 2, 2 years ago so please Microsoft as a loyal account holder give me the credit I deserve. Thank you for listening happy gaming (ps. My friend who just got GOLD

Does the console have RRoD? If so please post how many rings and the secondary error code!

2 rings: Overheating

3 rings: General Hardware error

4 rings: AV/HDMI cable not detected

Secondary error code:

Press "Sync" and "Eject" button at the same time and note down how many rings. Do this four times.

1 ring: number 1

2 rings: number 2

3 rings: number 3

4 rings: number 0

 

Preview Ring 4, saying Preview Alpha:Time to Update

Hey, I'm in Preview Ring 4 of the Xbox Insider Program, but my announcements page says "Preview Alpha: Time to update". Is this an issue or am I now in Preview Alpha ring? Thanks!

I know a number of users have had their tenure either stuck, or even reduced (myself included). There isn't a known fix that I'm aware of (if there was, I would have done it already).

I'm sorry to say, as frustrating as it is, until Microsoft figures out the cause users have to wait out the fix.

 

If there is a break in the Xbox Live Gold service, if it's not continuous, that's usually when I've seen that occur.

For example, I've seen that reset when you have it set to auto renew and it can't charge the credit card and then the subscription gets suspended for a brief time until you get the subscription back on track.

Again, it comes down to (usually) a break in the years of Xbox Live Gold you've had on the account, no matter how small that break is. There's no way to reset or adjust that either.

 

That's just horrible. I think it' time they fix this. It' not fair for the rest of us
