Xbox Profile Sign-in Issues

Hey everytime I sign into my Xbox Live profile it immediately signs me back out. I've already reset the console and checked the internet connection. I have been playing Anthem if that has anything to do with it. Anyone know what this is about and how to
fix?

This usually means you're signed in on another device or your subscription needs to be renewed.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If this continues after power cycling your Xbox as described in the previous posts, I recommend clearing your saved cache and power cycling again. If that doesn't work, try removing your profile and then re-adding it. You will need your account/password
information to sign back in. These types of issues can occur from time to time.
