    I am trying to change my profile picture but it says sorry it cant try later and iv been trying for a few days and checked my account and the requirements and everything looks okay

    Please help me because its really getting to me in a bad way

    Hi, the ability to upload a custom gamerpic has currently been turned off for all users due to the record volume of people accessing Xbox Live and other Xbox features due to current worldwide events, and the unprecedented challenges these events are causing

    They turned it off because each custom pic, has to get checked. There are too many request and other things are getting worked on. They will re-enable but no ETA on when it will happen.

    Microsoft temporarily turned off the ability to upload custom gamerpics, club pics, and club backgrounds!

    - Increased usage

    - Employees are been overwhelmed with pressure from reports

    - Some employees are off due to current crisis

    So to help ease the pressure off the employees.
