    Hey guys just seeing if anyone else is having the same issues I'm having. First off for the past week; going on two weeks, my friend's list hasn't updated. Literally I have 4 friends that are online and for 5 days straight the friend's list never updated
    nor changed. I knew it was messed up due to my wife's xbox one s sits not even a few feet from mine, as goes for the tv. We roughly play with the same said friends and her list is updated and showing correct. Secondly the beginning of the 2nd week all my games;
    which are all downloads via I don't buy discs, prompt a message when loaded up. **saved data can't be reached** then stats **try again or use offline**. Literally every game prompts this error, but I found a way around it just by clicking **use offline** some
    work better than others. Thirdly, end of week two I desided to delete my profile off the said xbox in question, and redownload it. Now I have no gamerscore, no friend's list, and now some games wont load at all when clicking **use offline** plus those said
    games now have none of my saved data. All my progress is completely gone. Fourthly the last none error is my preferred colors on my xbox is purple, ever since the friend's list error it wont change from green. I am part of the insider program and I've reported
    all the said errors listed above but no info nor options have been found. I love Xbox but dang losing all that time and effort just feel crapy indeed.

    There is a privacy setting within your profile I believe.

    I have a major issue with my gamer tag, it looks like it has privacy settings of a child. Wont let me play online :-( . Anybody got any solutions, at my wits end

    log into the xbox 360 with the microsoft account that you use on pc, all microsoft accounts are also xbox accounts now, has been this way since 2011 i think.

    you cannot remove an xbox account from a microsoft account as they are one in the same.

    My name is welcome to the community.

    Hello Beriroru, at the time of the 360 there was this difference of the profile of the 360, today this no longer happens.

    If you have a Microsoft account, that account will be used to sign in to your console, Xbox website, Xbox App, and all games are linked to that account.

    So if you already use this email for this it's already your Xbox account with a linked Gamertag that can no longer be unlinked from the email because they've become one.

    When to Minecraft as you have not yet made the migration, I leave the link below with information about the migration to Microsoft.

    The rep system is flawed and broken. Has been this way for at least a couple of years.

    There is no real fix to it.

    Your friends are right when they say not to worry about it.

    I'm a little OCD too, so I handle it by being an achievement addict. Look at my score <---, that's just shy of two years of gaming only.

    As for the rep system, it needs to be taken out completely.

    Hello @JimmyMac44lr! I hope that you are doing well today!

    Normally, when you get this message, it is because you do not have the gold subscription. But if you already have it, please try to delete your profile from the console, then redownload it.

    Also, you might need to check your online privacy settings following the steps mentioned here. Click on the "Xbox 360 Online Safety" tab and make sure to allow the first 2 "Accept Friend Requests" and "Online Gameplay".
