Xbox profile, game not showing

We understand that you need help with your game achievements that are not showing up on your Xbox profile when checking in on the browser.

For now, I'm trying to conduct a further research here on my end to be able to provide you an accurate information about the issue.

For the meantime, try to perform these steps below:

1. Try to use an InPrivate browser.

2. Clear cache the browser you're using

3. Try another browser

4. Try to use different device

I cannot see your Xbox profile by the link you sent me. But yes, all games achievements should be showing on your profile - even from old or discontinued games. Since the achievements were unlocked a long time ago already, I would suggest you to report this glitch to the Xbox team, since we as users cannot do anything to get your achievements back:

Yes, the game achievements and even the game is not showing up on my profile, but other games that are discontinued and still on my xbox360 still load up and the achievements works like normal game achievements on next-gen consoles, you can check on my profile that the achievements for the other discontinued games are still there (Minecraft story mode, or Minecraft for xbox360) but for the Forza Horizon 2 it's not showing up.

So if I understood this correctly, you can play the game, the game is working fine on your Xbox 360, only the achievements for the game are not showing on your profile. Is this correct?
