Xbox Profile CANT connect to live ERROR 8015190B

I'd like to know what would happen if you follow those instructions again and choose for the "Reset your password" / "Forgot password" section.

If you have filled in a security question, you will be prompted to give that answer.

If there is an other e-mail or option in the list to send a code chose that one. When again when given word that it has sent a code to the e-mail address that you do not know anymore and also the only option to take, click somewhere "I can't use any of these
options".

If you choose for this, you have to complete all the required fields and wait for an answer at an alternative email address. And that will take time. If you don't have an email in 2-4 hours. Try again. It can be possible you get 2 mails after the second
attempt. Take the last one.

Was that no help at all??

I think the last option would be calling customer support.

I Did it!!

here is what i did:

I have logged in my account and when it says they gonna send me the code to the primary email adress *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** (The email i cant remember )

They showed me the first 2 letters of that primary email ( example : *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***)

So i created a new email (example: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***)

Then filled that in when they asked for my primary adress and bamm the code was succesfully recieved on that new mail.

Bit strange but yeah..it worked

But i still havent tried to succesfully connect to xbox live. ( will keep you updated when i try)

 

Alright. Thats sounds very positive. Please do keep us posted when you are try. There are still some options left to succeed this mission after all. ;-)

 

About the strange thing, while giving your Microsoft account a new email address, you'll get in your primary address a confirmation with a description if you have not done so.

So in that point, good to know by the way, you are always kept informed what ever happened to your account on your primary email address. And very important, store the data properly from your new email address. You might gonna need it again in the near future.

don't worry i saw that one coming. there are some more steps left to do.

1. can you confirm that you have confirmed the new e-mail in your account? 2. can you confirm that your profile is already deleted from the xbox? and you said earlier that you are also can get codes on your cellphone right?

 

Make sure that profile is from the xbox.

Step 1: Delete the corrupted profile that’s stored on your Xbox console

1 Go to Settings, and then select System.

2 Select Storage.

3 Select All Devices.

4 Select Gamer Profiles.

5 Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

6 Select Delete.

7 Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.

If you are getting codes by SMS you could try to login the usual manner.

if you are getting codes from the '2 step verification' or you still failed to download your profile turn on the '2 step verification' over here
account.live.com/.../Manage and create a 'app password' over here.
account.live.com/.../AppPassword Now, when it is '2 step verification' you are going to your Xbox and fill in your account information but not with your ordinary password. fill in the
created app password instead.

 

1. yes new email is confirmed with my account

2. Yes Xbox pRofile is deleted on xbox and deleted cache 3 timesq

3. Yes i can recieve codes on my mobile number, whenever i try to change my security settings it gives me a code though my mobile number now and thats working fine

Okay i will turn on step 2 verification now

 

turned on 2 step verification and signed in with a app password on xbox..

Still no succes

 

Okay... Now I'm lost and blast away.. :-(

I'm not sure why this is not working properly. And I can't tell if there is something with your account what happens to be a problem on Microsoft end but there is one way to find out.

Maybe you can refer them to this post to make known what you have done already.

If you do go call support, i'd like to know the out come of this all.
