Discus and support Xbox problems reported but does anyone listen in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; I have reported issues for the last several builds which only seems to fall on deaf ears.     Xbox problems reported but does anyone listen


    I have reported issues for the last several builds which only seems to fall on deaf ears. Is there anyway to see status of issues raised ? Even went as far as trying to communicate with someone from Xbox support but it just goes through an endless loop of saying get a phone back but then says sorry callback is not available. This has been for the last 4 weeks in the UK so getting a little fed up now as have been on beta / insider builds for Microsoft since windows me and have never had issues like this trying to communicate with someone.

    Microsoft have FINALLY reported the outage.

    Don't listen to anyone telling you it's your network or to reset your console. Wait it out.
