so why does my Xbox keep force crashing games and then turning off?

I always thought Xbox will ensure the problems on Xbox and help everyone with problems they have.. looking at it now.. doesn't seem like it?

Thank you for bringing this up. If the Server connectivity on the Xbox app says Blocked, your PC was unable to establish a Teredo IPsec connection to the Quality of Service (QoS) server. To resolve your concern, I suggest that you follow the
solutions 3 and 4 provided on this
link to check if this will help you unblock the Server connectivity.

If the issue persists, I recommend that you reach our Xbox Support to help us investigate the issue and find a way to sort this out by clicking the
Contact Us option in the bottom part of the page.

This can happen for a number of reasons. Please can you answer the following:

Does your Xbox crash on one particular game?

Does it crash within a particular time frame?

Is your Xbox in a well ventilated area?

When did this problem first start?

What you can do is press and hold your power button on your Xbox Console until it turns off completely. After this, you can then turn it back on and see if the same thing happens again. By turning it off this way, it clears the system cache on the console
which in turn may resolve problems like this. However, if you find it is cutting off at a set time, then this could be hardware failure which may result in the console having to be sent to Microsoft/Xbox for further examining.
