    Xbox privacy settings not loading in Chrome or Edge.


    So I don't have an Xbox (other than a 360) but I have an Xbox account. I'm trying to play Realms on Nintendo Switch and I have the online service. But it says "You can't play realms because how your Microsoft account is set up. Go to aka.ms/MCmultiplayerhelp". So I go to the box privacy settings in an internet browser but it doesn't load. It just has an Xbox logo spinning. Do I wait? Should I be more patient? What browser should I use? It's been loading for 15 minutes and it still has not loaded.

    Not sure why you are having an issue...I have just logged into my account settings and it loaded within seconds on both Firefox and Edge

    troubleshoot page for privacy settings    . Let us know how it turns out. Also try different browsers, like Edge, Chrome.

    Can’t access privacy and safety or family settings

    Yes adult account is being used, this used to work. I dont think this is an xbox specific issue i think the issue is with my microsoft account as its only the privacy and safety settings that cannot be access - tried from edge, chrome and IE.

    To clarify:

    •Both browsers (Chrome and Edge) loop posts after pressing 'Get More' button,

    •Both browsers' (Chrome and Edge) horizontal scrolling on Clubs home screen doesn't work (have to rotate device to bring club into view),

    •Xbox App on Android Mobile doesn't load comments or likes but posts are visible.

    I don't see any options to do this and I know that Edge on PC will be changing soon to be chrome based. Chrome does allow syncing but it all depends on whether they update edge on Xbox to the new chrome version and allow that setting. But it would be a
    great thing to have.
