xbox privacy settings not applying.

im trying to change my main accounts privacy settings to play online in forza horizon 5, but when i log in to the main account it doesnt apply but it shows on the organizer account that its applied. i tried to log in and out several times but it didn't work.

With regards to the settings not applying, did you changed it from the Microsoft family page or the Xbox privacy page? There are 2 things you need to check which is the https://account.microsoft.com/family and the one for the Xbox and Windows privacy safety which is:

https://www.xbox.com/user/settings/privacy-and-...

On the privacy and safety page, make sure you login using the parent or organizer account to manage the settings if you have a child account under your family. From that page you can modify the settings you'd like such as being able to play multiplayer games.

Applying settings in the Xbox Privacy Settings here:

um does this also apply to xbox 360, which I'm currently using?

If you're worried about "spies" just apply the privacy settings and cover it with a thick towel.
