Xbox Privacy settings keep getting reverted to blocked

I recently lost the ability to upload clips or screenshots to xbox live via my PC. When i went to check my privacy settings on my Xbox account i have 3 settings that are set to blocked. "Broadcast gameplay" "Share content made using camera" and "Others can
share your content"

Whenever i try to change these settings it just reloads the page and revert settings. I sat on a live chat with a support agent for over an hour and they were able to confirm to be that I have no active bans or limitations on my account. They were also able
to confirm my account is not listed as a child or in a family. But they were not able to help me beyond that they just said they would direct it to their account teams and I never heard back.

Here's a list of everything i tried so far to troubleshoot all of which did not work.

-Change all settings to blocked then change to allow

-Change settings on XBO console

-Change settings using a different browser

For clarification the ability to share stuff works fine on my xbox and it used to work fine on my PC but it no longer works on my PC now and no matter what i do i cannot change these privacy settings on my xbox account. Literally all i want to do is share
some clips to XBL from my PC.

If anyone has any solutions or can help that would greatly be appreciated.

the issue still persists, I would try resetting to factory settings but select "keep games & apps"

My problem isn’t being able to play on the xbox one console. I can change the privacy settings on the console easily. But for some reason when I go to the Xbox website and go to my privacy settings it says thay my allow online multiplayer is set to block
while on console is set to allow and I can change it on console but not the website.

Hey chris -

Have you double checked that your Xbox One privacy settings allow you to join Clubs? Open up Settings, navigate over to "Privacy and Online Settings" (in the Account tab), and under Xbox Live privacy, check that you don't have "Blocked" for "Can join Clubs."

Keep blocking and reporting and set safety and privacy settings to friends only don't let one bad apple get you down if you give in and quit your just letting him win
